A welcoming community of families across Brookline — hiking, camping, building, and giving back together, from kindergarten through fifth grade.
A few moments from our adventures around Brookline and beyond.
Scouting America welcomes every family to try new things, make friends across grades, and grow in confidence and kindness — with grown-ups right alongside them. In Pack 6, that happens through hands-on adventures all year long, close to home in Brookline and out across New England.
Every youth and family is welcomeOur next few dates — adventures and den meetings alike. New families are welcome to visit any event as guests; just say hello when you arrive.
Our full slate of adventures, plus the den meeting schedule at United Parish. A few dates are still being confirmed — those are marked “date to come.”
All den meetings are at 4:30 PM at United Parish (15 Marion St).
A quick look at the kinds of adventures a year with Pack 6 holds.
Hikes, campouts, and exploring New England — camping at Camp Sayre and Camp Squanto, a Blue Hills hike, and snow tubing at Nashoba Valley.
The Pinewood Derby, the Raingutter Regatta, and hands-on projects where kids design, build, race, and learn new skills.
Giving back to Brookline — our Veterans Day ceremony, a table at Brookline Day, and pack service projects.
Campfires, ice skating at Larz Anderson, a Providence Bruins game, and celebrations that make us a pack.
Kids meet in small groups by grade called dens, and the whole pack comes together for the big adventures. New families can jump in any time.
Dens generally meet at United Parish (15 Marion St). Not sure where your child fits? Just reach out — we'll help.
Have a scout in 6th grade or older? They can keep the adventure going with Troop 6 Brookline, our local Scouts BSA troop.
Pack 6 is run by parent volunteers — every leader is also a Pack 6 family.
New to Scouting? We'll help you get started, and your first visit is always free — no commitment. Come meet the crew and see what a Pack 6 adventure looks like.
